When exporting art objects, an appraisal of the objects is required, which is most often done electronically to assess the objects for antiques or classify them as "cultural property".
If the item is not of cultural value, an electronic export permit is issued, most often it is issued within 1 working day. If the item is still determined by an expert to be of cultural value, then the item will need to be brought to the Ministry of Culture for a detailed examination and a special export permit. This process may take from 1 week to half a year, depending on the object.
Our expert will obtain all export permits and advise you on all matters, when obtaining permits - client's presence is not required, photos of the items and passport are collected from the client electronically.
